DeFi Market Operations Manager

Jazeera Ventures is expanding its digital asset initiatives and is seeking a DeFi Market Operations Manager to support structured oversight of activity across decentralized finance markets.

The role focuses on monitoring protocol-level activity, maintaining visibility into market conditions, and supporting internal coordination across DeFi environments. The position contributes to consistent execution and informed participation in decentralized finance ecosystems within Jazeera Ventures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activity across leading DeFi protocols and decentralized exchanges.

• Track transaction flows and protocol engagement across blockchain networks.

• Maintain structured reporting related to DeFi market activity.

• Review blockchain confirmations associated with protocol interactions.

• Identify inconsistencies in transaction behavior or protocol-level activity.

• Support internal stakeholders with visibility into DeFi market conditions.

• Track asset allocation across decentralized finance platforms.

• Maintain documentation related to DeFi market operations.

Requirements

• Experience working with DeFi protocols or decentralized exchanges.

• Understanding of decentralized finance market structure and infrastructure.

• Experience interacting with DeFi protocols using wallets.

• Familiarity with blockchain transaction confirmations and network mechanics.

• Experience using blockchain explorers or DeFi analytics tools.

• Strong analytical attention to detail.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Ability to operate in fast-moving digital asset environments.

Compensation

Base Salary: 120,000 - 165,000 USD per year
