Paid Internship in People & Culture Team (3 months, part-time)

About The Role And The Team

We are looking for a motivated Intern to join our People & Culture team in Vilnius. In this role, you will support day to day activities and gain hands on experience across key People & Culture areas such as employer branding, learning & development, internal and external communication.

You will work closely with experienced People & Culture professionals and contribute to initiatives that support our employees and culture, while building practical skills in a global organization.

• Help with employer branding activities, such as preparing content and supporting small projects
• Assist in Learning & Development (L&D) activities, including content transfer, materials preparation
• Get hands-on experience with internal and external communication, helping with messages, updates, and presentations
• Contribute to a positive employee workplace experience working closely with People & Culture colleagues
• Support People & Culture administrative tasks, such as documentation and coordination support
