Cyber Security Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Expert with strong experience in governance, risk, compliance, and data protection, capable of supporting and strengthening security practices in multinational environments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor cybersecurity policies and controls;
• Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks;
• Monitor vulnerabilities, threats, and potential data breaches (endpoints, email, access, etc.);
• Investigate security incidents and suspicious activities;
• Lead and support incident response and remediation actions;
• Contribute to risk mitigation strategies and continuous security improvement;
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices across teams and projects;
• Support the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Main Skills & Technical Expertise:

• Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and/or Data Loss Prevention (DLP);
• Incident response, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management;
• Risk assessment and mitigation methodologies;
• Disaster Recovery and Remediation Planning (valued);
• Business Continuity Planning (valued);
• ISO standards knowledge (27000 series, 31000, 22000) — valued;
• Cybersecurity frameworks: NIST, COBIT, NIS2, or similar — valued;
