Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hrastnik. As an Independent HR Specialist(samostojni strokovni sodelavec v kadrovski službi), you will be responsible for managing human resources processes, which include recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, and performance management. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with labor laws, employee engagement strategies, and the continuous improvement of HR policies and practices. Regular collaboration with various departments to meet organizational goals will be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment, employee onboarding, and retention processes
• Experience in organizing and implementing training, development, and performance management programs
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as HR compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with team members across all levels
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to improve HR policies and operations
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
• Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
