Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help strengthen a modern platform ecosystem. This is an opportunity to work on end-to-end development, contributing across both frontend and backend, and playing a key role in building scalable, reliable applications.

You will be part of a collaborative engineering team focused on delivering real-world impact through technology, rather than purely feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications:
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Backend: Python
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready code

Platform Engineering & Reliability

• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Work within AWS cloud environments
• Manage services such as relational databases (PostgreSQL via RDS) and serverless functions (Lambda)
• Contribute to cloud architecture and best practices

DevOps & CI/CD

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Workflows)
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerisation and orchestration
• Support automation and deployment improvements

Collaboration

• Work closely with data scientists, product owners, and engineers
• Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
• 3+ years’ experience in a Full Stack Software Engineering role
• Strong experience with:
• React & TypeScript
• Python
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / RDS)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Docker & Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub or similar)
• Strong cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• AWS Lambda experience is a plus
