Hisense Turkey is expanding its commercial team and is looking for Product Managers to lead the White & Brown Goods category (MSDA, AC, TV).
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who will take full ownership of product categories and drive commercial performance in the Turkish market.
This role is execution-focused and requires strong ownership in pricing, forecasting, and day-to-day business management, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
This position is best suited for mid-level professionals with hands-on experience in product and commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full product lifecycle of assigned categories
- Define and execute pricing strategies based on market dynamics, cost structure, and competition
- Lead demand planning and forecasting in coordination with Sales and Supply Chain
- Monitor sell-in / sell-out performance and take corrective actions
- Drive product launches, campaigns, and in-market execution
- Work closely with key retail channels and support commercial activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across all departments
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of recent and direct Product / Category Management experience within Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances.
- Strong knowledge of the Turkish market and retail dynamics
- Hands-on experience in pricing, forecasting, and commercial execution
- Proven ability to work closely with Sales teams and drive business results
- Ownership mindset with a proactive and execution-driven approach
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English
