Java Full Stack Developer

Role: Senior Full Stack Developer (Security Cleared)

Location: Fornebu, Oslo, Norway

Tech: Java/Kotlin, Vue.js, Kafka

Compensation: Competitive + bonus

Overview:

Senior full stack role delivering scalable backend and frontend solutions in an agile environment. You will work across the full SDLC, from design and architecture through to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services using Java/Kotlin
• Build and maintain APIs with strong focus on performance, security, and scalability
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for modelling and optimisation
• Develop responsive frontend applications using Vue.js
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka
• Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Java/Kotlin
• Hands-on Vue.js development experience
• Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems
• Experience with Oracle and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum
• Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian

Preferred:

• 7+ years full stack development experience
• DevOps experience
• Telecom domain exposure
• Salesforce experience
• Certifications such as AZ-900 or OCJP
