🌍 We've partnered with a Dubai-based stealth mode digital agency helping brands in emerging markets across the iGaming domain. Despite operating in stealth mode, they’ve already secured significant global clients and are delivering high-impact redevelopment and digital transformation projects from the ground up.

They are now looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical strategy and delivery specifically across their growing portfolio of iGaming clients 🎰

🚀 The Role:

They're hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and scale the technical function across a portfolio of global iGaming clients 💥🎰

This is a strategic + hands-on leadership role where you’ll define the technology roadmap, build scalable platforms, and oversee complex delivery across web, product, and system architecture. You’ll play a key role in shaping technical direction for high-growth iGaming brands operating across multiple markets 📈🌍

✅ What You'll Already Have:

• 📌 Proven experience in a CTO, Head of Engineering, or Director level role.
• 🎰 Strong experience working within the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, or similar) is a must have.
• 📈 Experience building scalable, high-traffic platforms from the ground up.
• 💬 Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• 🏢 Background in agency, consultancy, or high-growth startup environments is a plus.

🎁 Package & Benefits:

• 💰 Salary: 60,000-80,000 AED per month (depending on experience)
