NutraQ is a leading international health and beauty company with a digital, subscription-based business model. We serve more than 450,000 active subscribers across 15 markets and operate over 30 webshops. Our ambition is to build a scalable, reliable and commercially strong web platform that supports long-term growth across brands and markets.
We are now looking for a Product Owner who will take overall responsibility for our web platform and lead a small, specialised team.
The role
As Product Owner, Web you own what we build on our web platforms – and why. You are responsible for prioritising development based on total business value, ensuring that time and resources are spent where they matter most.
You lead the Web team work closely with commercial stakeholders across the organisation. This role combines strong product ownership with people leadership, in a pragmatic and hands-on way.
NutraQ operates with multiple brands and markets, which means many requests and opinions. Your role is to create structure, make clear priorities, and build trust by consistently delivering the solutions that have the highest overall impact.
Key responsibilities
- Functional ownership of NutraQ’s web platforms
- Roadmap and backlog ownership, based on value vs. effort
- Prioritisation of input from multiple commercial stakeholders and the technical team
- Close collaboration with Tech Lead on technical implementation
- Continuous improvement of conversion, retention and platform performance
- Establishing clear ways of working and contribute to sprint planning
- Staying forward-leaning on e-commerce trends, AI and be the champion owner of NutraQ’s ecommerce platform
We are looking for someone who
- Is a strong Product Owner with experience from e-commerce, preferably subscription-based
- Understands the full value chain: technology, UX, conversion and commercial impact
- Has enough technical understanding to work closely with Tech lead and the team of developers
- Is structured, confident and comfortable saying no when needed
- Has leadership potential – you may already be a manager, or ready to become one
- Enjoys being operative and close to the product
- Communicates clearly and builds trust with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, engineering, business – or equivalent practical experience
- Background in product management, web development or digital product roles
- Experience working in agile teams and managing a product backlog
- Strong commercial understanding and interest in value creation
- Fluent in English (business language)
