The Opportunity

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with fellow product managers and cross-functional teams to support the full product lifecycle - specifically for our Platform as a Service, AI-powered Enterprise Operations platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management in a high-visibility role.  


Responsibilities and Duties  

  • Product Vision/Roadmapping - Define and grow the product roadmap for your product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to release. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, design, QA, and marketing, to manage successful product launches.
  • Day-to-day Project Management - Support process improvements and the implementation of best practices in product development, including Agile methodologies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
  • Product Strategy and Customer Research - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Gather and analyze user data to support product decisions and feature prioritization. 


Requirements 

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • 1+ years of direct experience in enterprise SaaS/PaaS.
  • Proven ability to drive work forward and truly own the roadmap and execution of their product. 
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools. Passionate about working closely with engineering/design/QA teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and justify product and prioritization decisions clearly and logically. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

The annual compensation range for this role is $100,000 – $110,000 CAD
