What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Scrum events, removing impediments and promoting collaboration among team members
• Counsel scrum teams on agile principles to support self-organization and continuous learning
• Interpret agile metrics to track and report key information and monitor team progress
• Develop stakeholder communication strategies to gather feedback for process improvements
• Coach team members on agile values and practices to enhance understanding of agile methodologies
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5+ years of work experience
• 2-5+ years of experience as Scrum Master
• Scrum Master Certification
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and teamwork abilities
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Understanding of software development principles
• Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
• Knowledge of resource allocations, forecasting, and budgeting
