DeFi Portfolio Operations Manager

Jazeera Ventures is expanding its digital asset initiatives and is seeking a DeFi Portfolio Operations Manager to support coordination and oversight of portfolio activity across decentralized finance environments.

The role focuses on tracking portfolio allocations across DeFi protocols, maintaining visibility into asset deployment, and supporting internal processes related to decentralized finance participation. The position contributes to structured portfolio operations and consistent execution across DeFi ecosystems within Jazeera Ventures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio allocation across DeFi protocols and platforms.

• Track asset deployment and movement across decentralized finance environments.

• Maintain reporting related to portfolio activity and protocol engagement.

• Review blockchain confirmations associated with portfolio transactions.

• Identify inconsistencies in asset allocation or protocol participation.

• Support internal stakeholders with visibility into DeFi portfolio performance.

• Coordinate asset flows between wallets and DeFi protocols.

• Maintain documentation related to DeFi portfolio operations.

Requirements

• Experience working with DeFi protocols or decentralized exchanges.

• Understanding of asset allocation within decentralized finance environments.

• Experience interacting with DeFi protocols using crypto wallets.

• Familiarity with blockchain transaction confirmations and network mechanics.

• Experience using blockchain explorers or DeFi analytics tools.

• Strong analytical attention to detail.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Ability to operate in fast-moving digital asset environments.

Candidates must have experience managing or tracking portfolios within DeFi environments.

Compensation

Base Salary: 120,000 - 170,000 USD per year

Legacy: Performance-based bonus tied to portfolio operations and execution quality
