Your Impact

Within the Training team, the Training Intern will support the team in planning, execution, and implementation of the annual training plan across business areas, ensuring alignment with local market needs and brand guidelines..

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in learning and development within the luxury and beauty sector, contributing to employees’ growth and performance while developing key skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Training Intern will collaborate with various teams, including retail, marketing, and HR, gaining exposure to cross-functional ways of working.

Job responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of the annual training plan in line with market needs.
  • Assisting in the adaptation, translation, and review of training tools and materials.
  • Contributing to the development of training content (presentations, videos, scripts, product manuals, newsletters, and digital learning tools) for different audiences.
  • Supporting the organization and delivery of training sessions across different formats (in-person, digital, one-to-one coaching).
  • Helping to manage ad hoc training requests and providing support to internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the monitoring of training product stock and e-learning resources.
  • Supporting coordination with international teams and external vendors for training-related activities.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas to enhance training engagement and effectiveness.

Hard Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of digital tools for content creation (e.g., Adobe Suite or similar).
  • Ability to support the creation of engaging training materials and presentations.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Languages: English and Spanish (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in training, HR, or related fields is a plus.
  • Availability: Immediate start preferred.
  • Important: Ability to sign a full-time internship agreement with a university for at least 6 months.
