An exciting growth opportunity to work closely with the Global Supply Chain Strategy & Enablement team. This role offers the chance to actively support the team in defining priorities, driving, and measuring key progress of our key programs and projects. You will collaborate with colleagues across the globe, be a key contact for stakeholders, and support organization-wide supply chain workstreams and their impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enable overall programs/projects, and work streams deliverables (e.g., planning, milestones execution, monitoring, financials) in alignment with strategic direction.
  • Lead assessments, oversee program/project results, and translate outcomes into insights to steer the program/project successfully.
  • Support development and track/monitor delivery of roadmap for global implementation of digital solutions and new processes in partnership with Global and Markets.
  • Manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to sponsors and senior management (e.g., Steering Committees).
  • Lead change and communication efforts, leveraging different communication channels.
  • Effectively deploy a project management/change management toolkit across work streams to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverables.
  • Role model adoption of project management standards and contribute to the establishment of best-in-class standards.
  • Mentor junior members of project team (internal and external)

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Business acumen and knowledge in the project management of supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain processes (planning, logistics, inventory management) is required.
  • Proven track record in wide areas of transformation, change management, and project management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills paired with being a good communicator/storyteller. You can read between the lines and listen/react to things that are not being said. Fluency in English and any other language is a benefit.
  • Ability to work with limited information, using scenario planning to build meaningful business cases.
  • A team builder and networker. You are used to different styles, preferences, and cultures and embrace an atmosphere of inclusion.
  • Creative and analytical, able to break down complexity, organize yourself, tasks, and people around you. Comfortable with shifting priorities and deadlines, and able to keep calm under pressure.
  • Do not shy away from problems or conflicts; instead, you speak up, have an opinion, and maintain a sociable can-do attitude. You know you are only as good as your team and colleagues around you.
  • Mentor junior team members by providing feedback to support the development and performance of the team.

Requisite Education And Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in a Multinational Corporation (MNC) environment (e.g., project management, consulting, apparel/fashion/FMCG with supply chain management background).
  • Within which 1-2 years of relevant experience in project leadership in a global setting.
  • Previous exposure to supply chain functions is considered an asset.
  • College or university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
