Introduction

We are hiring for one of our clients for a Building Project Manager role in the Central Valais region. This position involves managing construction projects from planning through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction projects from preparation to delivery
• Ensure full project management including deadlines, cost control, and quality standards
• Develop and monitor project schedules
• Oversee technical, administrative, and financial project activities
• Coordinate stakeholders including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Participate in site meetings and ensure smooth project execution
• Review bids, contracts, and invoices
• Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards and regulations

Profile

• Education in construction or civil engineering (engineer, technician, site manager, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management within general contracting
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in French (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in standard IT tools and construction management software
