CabinAir aims to improve the health, safety, and wellbeing of drivers and passengers by producing industry-leading in-cabin air purification solutions for cars, trucks, buses, and other vehicles.


At the CabinAir headquarters in Stockholm we have R&D, project management, sourcing, sales, marketing, IT, finance and HR represented, and in our Chinese office we have production, R&D and sourcing. All functions and offices equally critical to deliver high quality products to all our customers. In total, we are around 80 dedicated CabinAir employees.


We are now looking for a Head of Quality to join us on our growth journey.


What you will do


As Head of Quality, you will drive the overall quality agenda across the organization — from strategy to execution. You’ll lead teams, enhance quality systems, and partner closely with R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver products that exceed customer expectations.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Enhance and maintain a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and develop the Quality team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ie. IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and TISAX (Information Security).
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve quality issues early in the value chain.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and proactive risk management.
  • Represent Quality in management meetings and customer interactions.


Your profile


  • Proven leadership experience in a senior quality role, ideally within industry — e.g., manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, tech.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Passion for building high-performing teams and promoting a culture of quality excellence.


Qualifications and experience


  • Min 10 years of management and quality/process development for high tech products in an international environment.
  • Automotive experience and in addition preferably production experience.
  • Planning and execution of Strategic and operational quality work.
  • IATF 16949 and TISAX experience.
  • Certified ISO TS/IATF 16949 Auditor.
  • ISO9001 experience.
  • ISO14001 experience.
  • Lean management and six sigma experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Budgeting experience.
  • People management.
  • Solution oriented.
