The Role

• Provide 24/7 technical support to global customers via email and telephone.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including hardware failures and network problems.

• Coordinate hardware replacements and manage escalations with internal teams and external partners.

• Log, manage, and progress ongoing incidents, collaborating with shift engineers and on-call teams.

• Gain exposure to diverse business deployments and industry best practices.

What You'll Need

• Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, network environments, and topologies.

• Solid grasp of basic networking protocols and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to learn quickly, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure.

• Strong communication skills for professional telephone support and a collaborative team-player attitude.

• Fluency in English and Polish.
