About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Front End Web Developer to join our dynamic marketing and product development teams. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's digital initiatives by enhancing our primary website, liteline.com, along with other digital platforms such as trenzlighting.com and spexlighting.com. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging, user-friendly web experiences that align with our brand and business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and third-party partners like DVP, you will play a key role in optimizing our online presence, ensuring mobile responsiveness, and implementing SEO strategies to maximize visibility. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative problem-solver with a passion for innovative web development to make a tangible impact on the company's digital footprint.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in web development and UX/UI design
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to integrate strategy, design, and execution
• Proficiency with .NET environments, including working with ASCX templates and Visual Basic .NET or similar languages
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Craft, or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, especially web integration and product data management
• Interest in utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) to enhance productivity and creativity
• Experience with UX research, user testing, and translating insights into design solutions
• Strong visual design skills and up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX best practices
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools
• Basic understanding of back-end logic, APIs, and third-party integrations
• Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy landing pages and promotional content for new and existing products
• Manage and regularly update Liteline’s websites, including liteline.com, trenzlighting.com, and spexlighting.com
• Create mobile-responsive web experiences to ensure accessibility across devices
• Gather requirements from marketing and product teams, translating them into technical specifications
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to facilitate effective UX design
• Optimize the user journey on the website to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Integrate and manage back-end functionalities within CMS platforms and third-party systems
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility
• Utilize AI tools for content generation, UX ideation, research, and workflow enhancement
• Set up and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and related tools
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure web initiatives align with overall campaign goals
• Maintain and troubleshoot website functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and security
