Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience developing applications with client-side JavaScript frameworks, particularly Vue 2 and Vue 3.
  • Solid understanding of CSS architecture, layout techniques, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with modern frontend tooling such as Webpack and Vite.
  • Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Proven ability to migrate frontend applications, such as Vue 2 to Vue 3 or Webpack to Vite, is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs, preferably with clients like Apollo Client.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries such as Vuex or Pinia.
  • Understanding of frontend testing frameworks like Jest and Vue Test Utils.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reusable, high-quality Vue.js components and user interfaces that enhance user experience.
  • Lead and execute the migration of our codebase from Twig and Vue 2 to Vue 3, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Assist in transitioning our build tooling from Webpack to Vite to improve development efficiency.
  • Integrate with GraphQL APIs to facilitate efficient data fetching, updates, and real-time interactions.
  • Implement testing strategies to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers within an agile framework to deliver innovative features.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to best practices in frontend development.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies to continuously improve our platforms.
