Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 DeFi Strategy & Market Participation Specialist to support analysis and participation across cryptocurrency and decentralized finance ecosystems. This is a full-time, paid role focused on understanding how users actively engage with digital asset markets and how capital flows across blockchain platforms.

The role involves tracking DeFi activity, analyzing liquidity and participation trends, and contributing to structured insights related to digital asset strategies. The ideal candidate actively participates in crypto markets and has practical experience interacting with DeFi protocols, liquidity systems, and token-based environments.

Responsibilities

Analyze participation across DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, and staking platforms  

Track how capital is deployed across decentralized exchanges and token ecosystems  

Monitor user behavior and interaction across blockchain-based financial systems  

Identify trends in liquidity, participation, and digital asset usage  

Support internal insights related to DeFi strategies and market behavior  

Assist in preparing structured summaries on market activity and ecosystem trends  

Track developments across DeFi protocols, token systems, and blockchain platforms  

Collaborate with team members on strategy and market participation initiatives  

Qualifications

Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi)  

Hands-on experience using DeFi platforms, liquidity pools, or staking systems  

Active participation in crypto markets and digital asset ecosystems  

Understanding of liquidity, yield, and token-based financial systems  

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  

Good communication and organizational abilities  

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Salary range: 130,000 - 170,000 SGD per year depending on experience.  

Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
