Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior On-Chain DeFi Operator with a focus on lending. In this role, you will oversee, manage, and execute strategies for DeFi lending protocols, including monitoring on-chain activity, optimizing lending/borrowing positions, and managing risk. You will actively engage with blockchain ecosystems, lead governance proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, conducting market research, and staying up-to-date with DeFi trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, and on-chain operations
• Strong understanding of lending mechanisms, risk management, and liquidity strategies
• Experience with quantitative analysis, algorithmic trading, and financial modeling
• Proficiency in analytics tools, blockchain explorers, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Solidity)
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
