Head of Trailer Production (3D Generalist)

We’re building Lake System / Lake Lab — a Germany + Portugal setup focused on co-op PC games.

Our model is simple:

we develop concepts fast, validate demand early with our publishing partners, and put real production behind the winners.

Role Description

You’ll lead the pipeline behind our trailer production workflow in Unity, Blender, and related real-time 3D tools.

We need someone who can combine:

- technical art / 3D generalist skills

- pipeline thinking

- production leadership

- speed and pragmatism

You’ll help us build a scalable system for creating high-quality trailers and optimizing the workflow around them.

Qualifications:

- Proven skills in Production Planning, Production Management, and Operations Management

- Experience in Team Management and the ability to inspire and lead creative teams

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experience in the video game production or animation industry is highly desirable

- Proficiency in industry-standard production tools is a plus

- Fluency in English
