Job Description

• Provide exceptional service to our customers worldwide
• Communicate with customers on questions/issues related to our products and solutions
• Go above and beyond our service level agreements to pro-actively diagnose and resolve issues
• Be in hands-on opportunities with global product & customer support experience to learn from the best and improve your technical knowledge and communication skills,
• Involve in a dedicated on-the-job training program on Telecommunication and Software products with the help of a mentor guiding you.

Requirements for the position

• Pursuing a degree 4th class or 3rd class in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical, and Electronics Engineering programs,
• Available to work from the Teknopark Istanbul office,
• Advanced level of verbal and written English,
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and develop yourself
