The Role

Build and enhance sophisticated React applications that power seamless, data-driven customer journeys.
Develop and maintain a library of reusable UI components and frameworks to ensure design consistency and frontend scalability.
Seamlessly integrate frontend applications with complex RESTful APIs and backend services for reliable data flow.
Optimise application performance, identifying and resolving UI bottlenecks to ensure a lightning-fast user experience.
Champion technical excellence during sprint refinements, contributing to architectural discussions and collaborative design sessions.

What You'll Need

Proven professional experience building complex, scalable web applications using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Deep understanding of state management tools and libraries such as Redux, React Query, or similar hooks-based patterns.
Strong proficiency in modern frontend tooling, asynchronous programming, and consuming API-driven services.
Experience working within an Agile framework (Scrum or Kanban) with a focus on high-quality delivery and peer code reviews.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical, high-impact user solutions.
