The Role

The Role
- Lead the end-to-end design process, creating high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows in Figma.
- Take full ownership of the design system, ensuring accessibility (WCAG) and consistency across all reusable components.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs.
- Refine and optimize existing applications, focusing on usability, data visualization, and streamlined user journeys.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and conduct rapid iterations to solve complex operational challenges through design.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex SaaS platforms, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces.
- Mastery of Figma and a forward-thinking approach to using AI design tools to accelerate the creative workflow.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and modern UI patterns.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks alongside developers and product managers.
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
