We are currently partnering with a leading consulting organisation delivering large-scale programs across government and enterprise environments. Due to continued growth, we are seeking Junior and Mid-Range Developers to join high-performing delivery teams across multiple locations.

These roles offer the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects within structured, enterprise environments.

You will be part of collaborative Agile teams responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable software solutions. Working across both backend and frontend technologies, you will contribute to end-to-end delivery across the software development lifecycle.

• Design, build, and maintain software applications across modern technology stacks
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to testing, debugging, and performance optimisation
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement through Agile practices and modern development standards
• Ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements

For Junior Developers:

• 1–4 years of development experience
• Exposure to languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

For Mid-Range Developers:

• 5–9 years of development experience
• Strong experience across backend and/or frontend frameworks
• Ability to contribute to design decisions and mentor junior team members

For All Candidates:

• Experience working in collaborative delivery environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Git and modern development practices

• Active AGSVA Baseline, NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance

• Experience within government or highly regulated environments
• Exposure to secure or identity-based systems
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
