Senior IT Project Manager

Financial Services organisation is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Establish governance, scope, and delivery structure
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project activities
• Manage stakeholders and act as the main point of contact
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to senior leadership
• Challenge and negotiate scope changes where required
• Support supplier management and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Good technical and business understanding
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
• Ability to manage change and work in dynamic environments
