At Ogilvy we are looking for a highly imaginative and strategically minded individual to join our team as a Digital Creative Specialist. In this role, you will conceptualize and execute innovative ideas across various digital platforms, creating engaging experiences tailored to user behaviors and preferences. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI tools, you will push the boundaries of creativity while driving efficiency and impact.

This role requires a strong grasp of digital trends, user experience, brand storytelling, and emerging technologies to effectively engage audiences and meet marketing objectives. Candidates must have a proven ability to translate marketing goals into compelling creative executions. The position involves direct client interaction and requires 7 to 9 years of experience in Digital and Tech, with fluency in English. Having a national or international award is a plus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Concept Development: Create innovative and engaging concepts for digital platforms, including data-driven creativity, mobile-first executions, and tech-based ideas.
  • Tech & AI Integration: Leverage AI-powered design tools and relevant software to enhance creative output and streamline workflows.
  • AI-Driven Content Creation: Experiment with AI-generated content, including image generation, copywriting, and video editing, to push creative boundaries.
  • Personalized Content Development: Use AI tools to tailor content to specific audience segments, maximizing engagement and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, product development, and design teams to integrate creative efforts seamlessly.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed on the latest digital and e-commerce trends, identifying opportunities to innovate.
  • Performance Measurement: Use data and insights to analyze and optimize the effectiveness of creative campaigns.
  • Client Communication: Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, clearly communicating their value and addressing specific needs.


Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital or shopper marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with digital tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in creative fields.
  • Data analysis skills to inform and refine creative decisions.
  • Excellent creative writing and visual communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to thrive in both independent and team environments.


Bonus Points

  • Experience with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.
  • Knowledge of retail analytics and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with AI art and copywriting tools.
  • Understanding of machine learning applications in creative fields.
  • Portfolio showcasing exceptional digital and tech-based work.
