At Ogilvy, we are seeking a highly imaginative and driven Creative Talent to join our team. This role is instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and executing engaging and memorable live experiences for diverse audiences. We are looking for a passionate storyteller with a deep understanding of experiential marketing and the ability to transform ideas into impactful realities that captivate and inspire.

This is a client-facing role requiring 3 to 5 years of experience, with a strong background in Digital & Social Media work. English proficiency is mandatory, and having a national or international award is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Create innovative and engaging concepts for experiential marketing campaigns, including live activations, online and social media content, and retail experiences.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling copy, visuals, and other creative assets that captivate audiences and align with brand objectives.
  • Platform Expertise: Demonstrate expertise across various digital and physical platforms, including e-commerce sites, social media channels, and in-store activations.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—marketing, sales, product development, and design—to deliver seamless and integrated creative solutions.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed on the latest trends in experiential marketing, retail innovation, and digital engagement to identify opportunities for creativity and differentiation.
  • Performance Measurement: Leverage data and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future creative strategies.
  • Client Communication: Present ideas and strategies to clients, effectively articulating value propositions and ensuring alignment with their needs.


Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing successful experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional creative writing and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative team environments.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.
  • Knowledge of retail analytics and data visualization tools.
  • A portfolio showcasing standout work in shopper and commerce marketing.
  • Experience with performance-driven campaigns that combine creativity with measurable impact.
