Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the proper implementation of UX solutions.
• Participate in testing initiatives.
• Provide support in the management of platforms such as Magento and Umbraco.
• Understand content structures and functionalities in order to propose basic improvements.
• Work with technical teams on the implementation of changes.
• Support the collection and analysis of usage and performance data.
• Collaborate in the creation of dashboards using Power BI.
• Assist in monitoring digital product KPIs.
• Use JIRA for task management, issue tracking, and project follow-up.
• Keep tickets, statuses, and basic documentation up to date.
• Learn and support the use of JIRA automations and APIs (nice to have).

Requirements

• Degree or education in UX, Digital Design, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Previous experience not required; internships or personal projects are valued.
• Basic knowledge of UX principles and usability.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how websites work.
• Interest in eCommerce platforms and CMSs (Magento and Umbraco are a plus).
• Interest in analytics and data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Basic familiarity with project management tools (JIRA is a plus).

• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in teams.
• Good level of English (international working environment).
