WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join Reporting Centre of Excellence team within Bain’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across a variety of business functions, working with diverse datasets and helping teams make better, data-driven decisions.


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Junior Analyst (internally titled Coordinator) in Reporting & Analytics, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing reporting capabilities that support critical business decisions. You’ll help ensure our reporting is accurate, insightful, and continuously improving—while building your technical expertise along the way.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Maintain and update recurring reports using Tableau and other reporting tools 
  • Improve and optimize existing dashboards, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience 
  • Support the development of new reporting solutions and contribute to evolving Bain’s reporting standards 
  • Work with large, complex datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights


ABOUT YOU

  • University degree in a financial, business, or quantitative field preferred 
  • 1–2 years of experience, ideally in finance, reporting, analytics, or data visualization 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel 
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail 
  • Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach to working with stakeholders 
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative working style 
  • Willingness to learn new tools such as Tableau and Alteryx (prior experience is a plus but not required)
  • Fluent English 
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office
