Position: Software Engineering Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50–$150/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Write and evaluate code to improve AI model performance across various programming languages.
Review model outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Annotate technical tasks and assess AI-generated solutions for quality and relevance.
Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data and model outputs.
Work independently and asynchronously with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Must-Have

2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proficiency in one or more of: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, C#/C++, or similar.
Strong ability to read, write, and reason about production-grade code.
Comfortable working independently with strong attention to detail.
