About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Cyber Security Analyst to join a growing team.

This is a key role focused on strengthening and evolving cyber security capabilities across a complex digital environment. You’ll play a central part in protecting systems, data, and users by supporting security operations, responding to threats, and enhancing detection and monitoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, detect, and respond to cyber security threats across the organisation
• Investigate security incidents and support or lead response activities
• Work with tools such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, and other security technologies
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of security monitoring and threat detection
• Support vulnerability management and security assurance processes
• Provide clear, actionable insights to reduce risk and improve security posture
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective security controls
• Support proactive security initiatives, including identifying weaknesses and validating controls

About You

• Experience working in a cyber security or IT security role
• Strong understanding of security operations and threat detection
• Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g. SIEM, EDR/XDR)
• Ability to analyse and interpret security events and incidents
• A proactive mindset with a strong interest in learning new technologies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
