NEXEO is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager Employee Benefits for a mission based in Brussels, working in a hybrid setup.

We are seeking a senior professional to support digital transformation initiatives within the Employee Benefits domain and contribute to the development of innovative insurance services.

Mission Overview

The consultant will play a key role in shaping and executing the Employee Benefits digital strategy, by translating business, customer, and partner needs into concrete digital solutions.

You will work closely with business, IT, and digital teams to drive end-to-end project delivery and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver digital transformation projects within the Employee Benefits domain
• Identify needs of customers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into digital solutions and improvements
• Manage and prioritize project backlogs
• Drive Agile project delivery with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
• Contribute to customer journey redesign and service innovation
• Ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives from concept to delivery

Profile Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (digital transformation, innovation, or customer journey projects)
• Strong experience in financial services and/or insurance sector
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage stakeholders at different levels
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance long-term vision and short-term delivery
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
