Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead complex industrial projects from concept through to completion? We’re looking for a driven professional to take ownership of large-scale industrial cooling system projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across engineering, production, and external partners
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Oversee technical compliance, quality, and safety standards
• Proactively manage risks and resolve project challenges
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication
• Coordinate testing, installation, commissioning, and final handover

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
• 5+ years of project management experience (industrial cooling or HVAC preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience with planning tools (e.g. MS Project)
• Technical understanding of industrial cooling systems

🌍 Additional Requirements

• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Other European languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel
