DevOps Engineer

We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer in Estonia who loves automating everything, scaling systems, and making things run better. You’ll design and evolve the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines behind our ticketing platform. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate and streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with software developers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (GCP) to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and performance
• Enhance security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in software development and system administration.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, FluxCD or CircleCI.
• Proficiency with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
