Group Data Protection Officer

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Group Data Protection Officer (DPO) to lead and manage our in-house GDPR compliance across all business channels. In this role, you will ensure a consistent, risk-based approach to data protection at a group level, working closely with the Data Protection Lead and key stakeholders across the organization.

What will you be doing?

• Acting as the Group DPO, overseeing GDPR compliance across all business units and channels
• Providing expert advisory on data protection risks, impact assessments, and mitigation strategies
• Managing and supporting incident response, including breach handling and reporting
• Acting as the main point of contact for communication and liaison with regulators and internal stakeholders
• Driving policy development and continuous improvement of data protection frameworks

Does this sound like you?

• You have strong expertise in GDPR and data protection frameworks, with hands-on experience in a DPO or similar role
• You are confident advising senior stakeholders and translating regulatory requirements into practical actions
• You are experienced in managing incidents and responding effectively under pressure
• You enjoy leading initiatives, driving awareness, and building a culture of data protection
• You are an excellent communicator, able to collaborate across functions and regions
• You are fluent in Estonian and comfortable working in an international environment
