Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Java professional to support and maintain enterprise applications in a 24x7 operational environment. The role involves handling critical incidents, ensuring system stability, and providing L2/L3 support.

Key Skills & Technologies:

Java Technologies: Spring Batch, JSP, Hibernate

Web Technologies: HTML, JavaScript, jQuery

Scripting & Data Formats: Groovy, XML

Operating System: Ubuntu 20.x

Databases: MariaDB 10.3, MS SQL Server

Support Expertise: L2/L3 production support

IT Processes: ITIL framework, ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)

Monitoring & Observability: APM tools, log analysis, alerting systems

Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for critical production systems

Handle incidents in a 24x7 support environment

Monitor applications using observability tools (APM, logs, alerts)

Troubleshoot and resolve performance and system issues

Work with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service reliability
