We are looking for a Data Engineer who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create. Tietoevry Create is the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms and solutions tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful data initiatives.
• Optimize and monitor data workflows to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in designing data solutions and platforms.
• Strong conceptual skills that enable you to sketch and communicate complex solutions effectively.
• Hands-on experience with modern data technologies, including cloud platforms, big data tools, data warehousing, and machine learning.
• A proven track record of delivering successful data initiatives that drive business value.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A consulting mindset and fluency in both German (C1 or C2) and English to manage discussions with diverse stakeholders.
• A passion for future developments in this area and the desire to learn more about great and innovative IT solutions

• A valid certification in Databricks (is advantageous)
• Experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure Cloud (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks)

The annual gross salary for this position will start from a monthly gross salary € 3.724 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience, as well as the type of contract. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
