As Product Manager you are responsible for ensuring that we build the right product. This role defines product direction, ensures competitiveness, and aligns product development with customer needs, business goals, and long-term sustainability.
The Product Manager operates primarily in a quarter and yearly time horizon and works closely with stakeholders across business, delivery and development. In the product development function we operate in a Scrum-inspired development model, but not in a textbook Scrum environment.

Description Of The Role And Responsibilities
A key part of the Product Manager's role is ensuring that project and customer needs are integrated into the product in a controlled way, without fragmenting the product or creating unnecessary technical complexity. Strong prioritization and clear product ownership are critical to ensuring development capacity is used effectively.
You will be translating market needs, customer problems, and strategic objectives into clear product priorities. This role ensures that development capacity is used on the most valuable problems and that the product evolves in a coherent and competitive way. Overall, the role covers:
Product direction and strategy
✅ Strong Finnish and English language skills (written and spoken).
✅ Previous experience working with complex B2B or enterprise software products.
✅ Previous experience working as Product Manager.
✅ Experience defining product direction, roadmap or priorities.
We are looking for a person able to balance customer needs, business goals and technical constraints, who is accustomed to make decisions in complex environments with multiple inputs, strong communicator and collaborator, and with interest in utilising AI tools to improve productivity, clarity and quality of work items.
Additional experience and skills we consider beneficial for the role:
➕ working with public administration domain (big plus),
➕ working with document management, case management and/or meeting management (big plus)
➕ working working with SaaS or long lifecycle software products,
➕ balancing project-driven demand with product development,
➕ with contract-driven or regulated environments,
➕ working with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools,
➕ shaping product operating models, prioritisation approaches or roadmap governance,
➕ Swedish language skills.

- Define and maintain product vision and long-term roadmap
- Ensure product competitiveness in the market
- Identify and validate product opportunities
- Balance customer needs, business goals and technical sustainability
- Translate strategic goals into clear product priorities
- Decide what problems are important to solve
- Balance roadmap-driven development and incoming demand
- Maintain a clear, prioritised product backlog at a strategic level
- Ensure development capacity is used effectively
- Ensure product development follows a coherent direction
- Develop business cases, including pricing considerations when relevant
- Collaborate with sales, delivery and customer stakeholders
- Support sales when product expertise is needed
- Align stakeholders on priorities and sequencing of work
- Define and follow product success indicators
- Evaluate product outcomes and adjust direction when needed
- Review and approve new product initiatives entering the product backlog
- Ensure incoming requests are evaluated based on value and impact
- Ensure contractual commitments are integrated into product priorities in a controlled way
