📌 Scope of Work

We require onsite technical support for site assessment, rack validation, and inventory verification.

🔧 Tasks to Perform

1. Photographic Documentation (if permitted)

• Capture images of the site layout
• Capture images of the rack and cabling
• Capture images of the server room

2. Rack Physical Measurements

• Measure the existing rack dimensions:
• Height
• Width
• Depth
• Technician should carry a measuring scale/tape if not available onsite
• Verify whether the new Cisco switches can be properly installed in the existing rack

3. Fiber Type Verification

• Confirm whether the installed fiber is:
• Single-mode
• Multi-mode

4. Inventory Checks

• Review the attached inventory sheet onsite
• Update the following columns:
• Stockroom Name
• Validated (Yes / No)
• Remarks
• In the Additional Devices tab, record any onsite devices not listed in the current inventory

📌 Important Note

• Candidate should be comfortable with onsite audits and documentation
• Basic networking / rack infrastructure knowledge required
• Must coordinate remotely with the support team if needed
