You’ll spend most of your time producing high-quality, test-backed code for our projects. We Are Looking

As a Back-End Engineer at Fleming, you’ll join a nimble, cross-functional team where your impact is visible from day one.

You will spend most of your time producing high-quality code backed by tests for our projects. But since the process is an ever-changing one, you will also be welcome to participate in planning, workflow improvement, retrospection, research, and technical design activities.

Get Ready To

• Architect & Build: Develop scalable back-end systems and robust APIs using PHP and Laravel.
• Take Ownership: Lead the development of new features and drive architectural improvements.
• Write Quality Code: Maintain high standards with efficient, well-tested, and clean codebases.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with our designers, front-end engineers to bring products to life.
• Refine the Process: Contribute to improving our development workflows, automation, and deployment strategies.

We Expect You To

• Have 2+ years of experience with PHP and Laravel (or Symfony).
• Be proficient with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Have a strong commitment to writing unit and integration tests.
• Possess a solid grasp of OOP fundamentals and modern design patterns.
• Be a proactive communicator who enjoys sharing knowledge and solving problems as a team.
• Be fluent in both English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000 – 5500 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
