As a Manager, you will deliver state-of-the-art HR advisory, supporting clients across HR transformation initiatives from diagnosis to implementation, while leading workstreams, coaching team members and contributing to business development for local and international organisations in Luxembourg.

What your role will look like:

As a Manager, you play a key role in shaping and delivering HR transformation initiatives that help organisations evolve their people strategies, governance and ways of working. You combine strong HR expertise with consulting leadership to translate complex challenges into pragmatic, adoptable solutions. 

  • Lead HR transformation engagements from diagnosis through design and implementation across the employee lifecycle. 
  • Advise clients on HR governance, policies and operating models, aligning regulatory requirements with business realities. 
  • Guide organisations through EU Pay Transparency Directive (EU) 2023/970 readiness, from impact assessment to remediation planning and change adoption. 
  • Design and deliver leadership development journeys, assessment centres and executive level learning interventions. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, structuring insights into clear recommendations and roadmaps. 
  • Lead project workstreams, ensuring quality, timelines and outcomes while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. 


Your growth and opportunities 

You will deepen your expertise in HR governance, pay transparency and leadership development while working with diverse Luxembourg based and international clients. The role offers increasing exposure to complex transformations, executive audiences and practice building initiatives.  



The skills you bring  
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Economics or a related field. 
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in HR consulting and/or as an HR practitioner, with exposure across the employee lifecycle. 
  • Hands‑on experience in HR function set‑up or transformation, including policies, governance and processes. 
  • Solid knowledge of the Luxembourg HR and labour law environment, with the ability to translate regulation into practical HR measures. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication and consulting skills. 
  • Fluency in English (C1) and French (C1).

Additional skills that would support your success 
  • Working knowledge of German (B2) and/or Luxembourgish (B2). 
  • Experience facilitating executive level workshops or leadership programmes.
