Our client is a B2B SaaS platform helping real estate organisations centralise their financial, technical and commercial processes — with hyper-automation and AI at its core. Following a recent acquisition, the organisation is entering a new phase of growth with clear international ambitions. There is real opportunity to build the programme and project organisation from the ground up.

THE ROLE

As Program Manager, you report directly to the CFO and operate as a staff role within the management team. You will lead internal and external change projects — from post-merger integrations to large enterprise client implementations. You bring structure, ownership and momentum where it matters most.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

→ Lead internal professionalisation projects (ERP, CRM, compliance systems)

→ Drive post-merger integrations across processes, systems, HR and governance

→ Manage large enterprise client implementations (project management focus)

→ Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring structure, clarity and progress

→ Support organisation-wide change as the business moves upmarket

→ Engage at board level and across all layers of the organisation

WHAT YOU BRING

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✔ Minimum 2–3 years in programme or complex project management

✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✔ Empathy and interpersonal sensitivity when navigating change

✔ Ownership mindset: proactive, decisive and solutions-oriented

✔ Comfortable in dynamic, fast-scaling environments

✔ Familiarity with Dutch business culture (e.g., works council, compliance nuances)

✔ Willingness to travel internationally (including Germany)

✔ Professional proficiency in Dutch and/or English — both are welcome

🌟 Nice to have: post-merger integration experience, affinity with PropTech or SaaS, German language skills, or MSP/PRINCE2/Agile/Lean certification
