DevOps Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time DevOps Engineer to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions, manage software development pipelines, and streamline continuous integration and delivery processes. Additional responsibilities include ensuring system performance and security, and contributing to cross-functional collaboration to support deployment and scaling of distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in DevOps Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for provisioning and managing cloud or on-premises environments
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (required)
• Working knowledge of Azure or GCP
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems
• Solid expertise in Linux-based systems, including troubleshooting and optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Healthy proficiency in AI tools (i.e using them is fine, deferring reasoning and parroting answers are not.)
• Exposure to deploying or supporting AI/ML workloads in cloud environments
• Familiarity with data pipelines, storage systems, and large-scale data processing
• Understanding of MLOps concepts is a plus (model deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management)
