Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist to work with clinical trial and real-world data, delivering insights that support clinical and product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical and real-world datasets
• Build analytical models and generate insights
• Define cohorts and perform subpopulation analyses
• Ensure data quality and proper mapping (CDISC, OMOP, HL7)
• Develop reproducible code in Python, R, SQL
• Present findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with clinical data (EHRs, registries, claims)
• Strong Python, R, SQL skills
• Experience with statistical modeling / ML / DL
• Knowledge of CDISC, OMOP, HL7
• Experience with GitHub, Databricks (or similar)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare projects
• Agile / DevOps exposure
• Proactive mindset
