How you’ll make an impact:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers at Edwards Lifesciences Poland Sp. z o.o., handling day-to-day HR inquiries, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring a seamless employee experience
- Design, implement, and administer local HR policies and procedures in alignment with global and regional HR frameworks, while ensuring compliance with Polish labor law and local regulations
- Deliver pre-boarding and onboarding programs to support effective integration of new hires
- Design and implement the local annual wellbeing program, driving employee engagement and supporting a positive workplace culture
- Manage HR administration activities, including employment documentation, internal and external reporting, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and invoice processing
- Administer HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates
- Coordinate the Health & Safety agenda in cooperation with external providers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with regional HR partners across payroll, benefits, workforce administration, talent acquisition, talent management, and learning
- Monitor labor market trends and stay informed about local market developments and employment practices
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and simplification of existing HR processes
- Report to an HR Manager based abroad and actively contribute to regional HR projects and initiatives
- Other incidental duties
What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor' s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Min. 2 years of HR experience, ideally in a with generalist role within international environment
- Native-level Polish and fluent English proficiency
- Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR systems
- Substantial knowledge and understanding of local employment legislation and compliance implications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and consultative abilities
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, develop and grow within the role
