Rooster Games is a developer and publisher established in 2014, which has reached millions of users with successful mobile games across different genres. For our growing team, we are looking for new teammates for suitable positions in our current and upcoming game projects. This position is open to candidates located in İstanbul, İzmir and Denizli.

This role is a data-driven Growth Manager position responsible for driving user growth across our existing and new games. The primary goal is to grow the player base in a profitable and sustainable way.


Responsibilities


  • Plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition (UA) campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity, AppLovin, and Mintegral
  • Manage UA budgets to achieve ROAS, LTV, and CPI targets
  • Collaborate with creative teams to plan and evaluate ad A/B tests and improve performance
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and perform real-time optimizations
  • Manage in-game advertising strategy (rewarded video, interstitials, banners, etc.)
  • Operate and optimize mediation platforms (MAX, LevelPlay, AdMob, etc.)
  • Run A/B tests on ad placements to increase ARPU and LTV
  • Analyze in-app purchase (IAP) and ad revenue together to maximize overall player lifetime value (LTV)
  • Manage App Store and Google Play store page optimization and promotional strategies
  • Analyze and optimize LiveOps events performance
  • Develop store content and strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Work closely with product, design, and creative teams
  • Build LTV models to support UA decisions with data
  • Track and report key metrics such as CPI, ROAS, ARPDAU, and retention
  • Prepare performance analyses and provide strategic recommendations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in Growth, UA, or Monetization in the mobile gaming industry
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, and LTV
  • Experience with UA platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin
  • Knowledge of ad monetization and mediation systems (MAX, LevelPlay, AdMob, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Understanding of LTV, retention, and user behavior analysis
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (preferred)
