Join a global Connectivity team that supports network and call center infrastructure across 55 countries. As a Telecoms Incident & Network Support Specialist, you’ll lead incident resolution, ensure service restoration, and drive continuous improvement in processes and fault identification.

Your work will directly enhance the stability and reliability of critical infrastructure for global business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead incident resolution for global telecoms issues, providing expertise and coordination.
• Monitor infrastructure, raise vendor tickets, and facilitate recovery without service disruption.
• Collaborate with Incident Managers and technical teams to restore IT systems in line with SLAs.
• Drive down outages and repeat failures by analyzing data and improving processes.
• Ensure global standards are met and vendors fulfill contractual obligations.
• Work in a "follow the sun" model with a diverse team of engineers and vendors (shifts include day (10:00–18:00) and evening (18:30–02:30), plus weekends).

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of experience in network support, infrastructure, topologies, and protocols.
• CCNA certification (or equivalent knowledge).
• Strong understanding of ITIL/Agile frameworks and a drive for process improvement.
• Collaborative mindset—ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
• Willingness to learn new telecoms technologies and tools.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
