Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data Lead to drive data initiatives, governance, and analytics capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analytics, and leadership, with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end data strategy, governance, and implementation
• Define and implement data architecture, data models, and data standards
• Manage large-scale data platforms, data warehouses, and data lakes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities
• Drive advanced analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives
• Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists
• Establish best practices for data management, ETL processes, and data pipelines
• Work closely with IT and business teams to align data initiatives with organizational goals
• Evaluate and implement modern data tools and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or data engineering roles
• Proven experience in leading data teams and managing large-scale data projects
• Strong expertise in:
• Data Warehousing & Data Modeling
• ETL/ELT tools and processes
• SQL, Python, or similar programming languages
• BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
